easy pumpkin pasta

Plumpkin pasta (1)

easy pumpkin pasta..

….and the beauty of it all is, you don’t even need to know how to cook!
In fact, if you can BOIL some water – then you’re GOOD to go!
Don’t worry about adding salt or oil into the water – there’s really no need (I’ve seen it happen so many times, where does that come from?)
BUT
do try and TIME the boiling, so you don’t just get a soggy mass of ‘pasta jelly’ in your pot (I’ve also that too many times to mention, and let me tell you, it ain’t pretty)

with me so far? Let’s go:

Take your frying pan, heat it a few seconds and add some oil. Olive oil, sunflower oil, whatever takes your fancy,

Fry a chopped onion, then throw in some sliced garlic if you like – or even ginger, if you don’t. You can even do it the other way round, but be careful the garlic doesn’t burn.

You’re in control, not the TV show – this is easy pumpkin pasta, remember!
Take a look in the fridge – remember that leftover roasted spice honey pumpkin.
Grab some of that. We’re gonna need it. What else do you have?
Take a spoonful of pesto if you have it.
If you don’t, I do. I can share, or your neighbour can share.
Drain. Don’t rinse.. Mix gently. Season.
Your easy pumpkin pasta is done.

Now:
Relax, enjoy and,
release yourself…
